I met Karlie when she recruited me to be her summer intern 7 years ago! As I left that career fair, I hoped that Karlie would be my mentor for the summer. Turns out, she was that and more. Ever since, she's been a supporter and a friend, personally and professionally. She's as sweet as they get, and it was such an honor to take her family photos in our sunflower patch this year.
