Mary Pat Sass - Farm Mom Stock Photos
As I flipped through the hundreds of photos from this session two things occurred to me:
- Mary Pat has very, very busy afternoons.
- I've never done a "day in the life" of a farm MOM before. What a shame!
In a culture that increasingly celebrates the working mom and the female farmer, we've nearly forgotten what farm mom looks like. I watched MP juggle kids & cooking for a harvest crew, a small business and a social media presence, kid meltdowns and equipment breakdowns. All with a photographer snapping away. It was a lot. It was impressive.
I always hope my images champion the people in them, who they are and the work they do. I'm honored to have MP star as herself in this batch of farm mom stock photos:
